Sky Q not working

Sky Q is not working, error saying no signal. The dish outside has broken and seems to be moving in the wind. We had a bad storm last week and it hasn't been working since.

I think that could well be the issue...

Call Sky ASAP and see if they can send an engineer before Xmas.

@MichelleTrev If Sky can't see you before Christmas, might be worth contacting a local satellite specialist (it will cost you mind)
