&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3094476"&gt;@PandJ2020&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says the boxes themeselves do not have any volume control so check that the remotes do not have buttons sticking.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also check that something is not pressing on the TV's own remotes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its not the remotes as i can go into the tv menu click on another item then turn up the volume &amp;amp; it stays where i put it, but then come out of menu &amp;amp; the volume goes down again, Baffling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help anyway&lt;/P&gt;</description>
