I've lost my sky Q box during my house move and the engineer is due tomorrow to install it. How do I get a replacement and can I get one in time?

You'll need to call Sky. It may be too late for Sky to arrange for the engineer to bring a replacement box so the installation might be delayed.

There will likely be a charge for the lost box.

The installer may still be able to carry out the satellite dish installation/modification. As @Mark39 indicates, it's very short notice for a replacement box to reach their collection point before tomorrow.
