Sky Q mini box and Sky WiFi booster boxes not connecting

I am have problems connecting my Sky Q mini box. In addition my Sky WiFi boosters are not connecting to my Sky Boardband. I have restarted both Sky Boardband and the Sky Q main box.

I have tried to pair all Sky boxes and boosters using the WPS buttons. But still no luck.

Is there anything else I can do

or you can suggest?
