    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue (LG G4 &amp;amp; LG G1 soundbar) the only way I can get it to load sky is to turn off the soundbar, sky then appears instantly and I can turn the soundbar on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's like the LG TV thinks the soundbar on hdmi 2 gets priority over the TV signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you find a fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, there is often an issue when I turn on the Sky box, the box is on but the tv asks do I want to turn on my satellite on? I click yes, turn on box and then it states the there is no connection. I have to force the Sky Q to restart and it will then come on the tv. This doesn't happen all the&amp;nbsp; time&amp;nbsp; it's normally three or four times a week. I have a LG OLED TV with a Sonos Arc soundbar, any advice please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not a scientific approach but I have seen the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you see the message again, just do nothing. Give it a couple of minutes at most. I get the same message, do nothing and eventually the sky box appears. (Again not saying leave the TV on the no connection message all night or anything)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a problem somewhere in the whole LG/Sonos/ sky connection. Different models but an lg TV and Sonos soundbar here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would imagine when you say "yes" to the message, if you watch the power indicator of the sky box you are actually turning it off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem with LG OLED48C2 TV and Sonos Arc soundbar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My solution is to disconnect the HDMI ARC cable from the Sonos and reconnect it immediately and everything works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This must be some kind of timing issue as it is very intermittent. The Sky Q screen appears without any problem about half of the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very annoying and I wish LG/ Sky would look at the problem as I am sure that many people have it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue with my Samsung, TV, &amp;nbsp;Sky Q Box, Sonos Beam Gen 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q Box and Sonos connected to TV through HDMI TV in Arc HDMI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On start up, blue screen appears on TV asking to power up Sky box even though Sky Box is on! Leave two minutes and the Sky programs appears!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where does the problem lie with Sky, TV or Sonos ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
