Sky Q remote now wont control TV volume

My remote has always controlled the TV volume no issue.

now its stopped working. Wont pick up from all the 23 panasonic settings, also tried vestel as recommended to no avail.

also reset the box and stilll not controlling the volume.

previously worked fine for years.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue with my Son's JVC smart TV, the TV(just a year and a half old) was working perfect with the Q remote and then suddently just stopped and I have been unable to repair. Tried factory resetting the equipment, repairing the remote using 1+3 and also via the set up option in the box settings but just unable to get to work with the TV again. I have also factory reset the TV incase something had changed in a setting there but nothing is working.

Why is this a private issue. I have the same problem. A posted answer to the problem would be more efficient.

Why not start a new thread with your specific issue? The solution to the OP's issue may be different.
