DPD attempted to swap my Sky Q box when I wasn't home on Fri 29 Nov and now it's heading back to Sky as it couldn't be delivered. I reported issues with my Sky Q box that keeps losing connectivity and is very noisy.

Hi @MJMILLER You need to call SKY and rearrange for a replacement SKYQ box to be delivered, dont forget to remove your SKYQ viewing card from your old box before you hand it to DPD

Hi @MJMILLER I'm afraid you will have to contact Sky to arrange another swap. Early warning, remember to keep your viewing card from the old box.
