      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced their wifi setting change unexpectedly. Earlier this year I turned WiFi off on both my Sky Q boxes, main and mini.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;, after connecting them via Ethernet. I confirmed they were off with a WiFi analyser on a mobile phone. A couple of months later the mini was getting glitchy again. Look in settings and wifi back on in both boxes. Turned it off and double checked a couple of weeks later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changed broadband yesterday, which shouldn't have made a difference as on Ethernet, and neither box was connected to internet. Go into settings and both boxes had, at some point, reverted to WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2108793"&gt;@turnbacktime&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, this seems to be by design.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was always intended to be a wireless mesh network set up with the main Q box acting as a server to the Q mini boxes, but over the years many people have ended up with a mix of wireless and wired for stability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The boxes do tend to do a reset when there is a change, looking to go back to that default behaviour. At least you know what to check first now when it does happen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
