I have to say I am shocked at how much poorer the image quality is from the multi room box. Both the Sky Q box and multi room box are displaying on a 4k TV using 1080p but the multi room image is extremely low quality - i.e. high number of pixels/artifacts on moving images in particular. I find it hard to believe it is displaying at 1080p - it looks more like 720p image that has connection issues. I called sky as the image does, very rarely, freeze for a few seconds and asked whether the image quality good be because of a poor signal to the mutiroom box but was told signal strength does not impact the image quality. Have any other mutiroom users noticed such a stark contrast between the Q and multi box image and can anyone confirm if the image quality is impacted by the signal strength? Thanks in advance.

My SKY Mini is also attached to 4K TV and whilst I, of course, don't get 4K on it I do get very good HD & don;t have any problems.

Any freezing etc. implies to me that your mini is having problems getting the full signal from the main box

To see if there are prblems with either the main or mini box can you do a test of taking the mini to & plugging into the TV connected to the main box & seeing how it looks on that TV (and should have a good signal being next to the main box)
