My mini box is completely dead. The main box is OK. I have tried all the suggested solutions online and forum chats but cannot get any lights on at all. I used Sky's online report and the BOT transferred me to an online expert, he could not access my account and gave me a phone number where I have been holding for a long time. Has anyone got an email or a phone to call as this is so frustrating.
