&lt;P&gt;If it's faulty Sky will either&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a) send an engineer out where it'll potentially be replaced or&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;b) arrange a doorstep box swap where DPD deliver a replacement box and take your faulty one&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note: if that happens remember to take your viewing card out of the faulty box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally as mentioned above, if a faulty Sky Q box is replaced, it is swapped old for new at the door by the courier, who will return the box to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or if an engineer replaces, will return the faulty box to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can though, return your Sky Q box to Sky if you wish using your own packaging:&lt;BR /&gt;Follow this link to print your own labels;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you keep your proof of posting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If at a later date, Sky come back and say they have not received your kit, please come back on here and we as Superusers can escalate to Sky to resolve for you, with your proof of posting.&lt;BR /&gt;Its quite a common escalation, that gets easily resolved&lt;/P&gt;</description>
