Buffering Issues BBC iPlayer & Disney +

Hi,

Over the past couple of months I have been unable to use BBC iPlayer or Disney + on my Sky Q box due to constant buffering. Any programme only plays for c. 30 seconds before buffering, usually never restarting.

Other apps (Netflix, Amazon etc) work absolutely fine, as my internet connection (box is connected via Ethernet) is good (c. 70 Mbps)

Can anyone give me advice on how to fix the buffering issues specific to iPlayer & Disney +?
