Sky Q mini box shows connected to Sky Q and network. However, also shows "no satellite signal" and no TV Schedule. Recordings disappeared and in fact nothing available.

Had to reconnect main Sky Q box to internet and then can receive TV schedules and use apps. Again all recordings disappeared and can't download catch up or On Demand services.

Done normal rebooting router and connecting boxes etc along with telephone help to no avail. All status connections shows OK. Told likely updates caused the issues and have to wait a few days for an engineer to possibly fit a booster? This equipment has worked well for a few years. Surely if updates have caused these problems then many customers would have similar issues? Any ideas?

Engineer called Friday to advise the hard drive in the Sky Q box had died- therefore had to have a new Sky Q box.

this means that all recordings have been lost.
