Linking TNT sports to Discovery Plus

I need you to unlink my existing Discovery Plus account to my TNT Sports subscription with you. I used to have TNT Sports via BT and I recently moved it to Sky. I have an existing discovery Plus account with my email address which I activated when I had TNT Sports through BT, and the Disc Plus account now is not being recognised as a valid account with a paid-for TNT SPORTSsubscription. I've spoken with Didcovery Plus and they've told me to ask you to unlink my existing Discpvery

Plus account so I can create a new one linked to my Sky subscription. Can you help?

I am in exactly the same position. How did it go? Was it reasonably painless? My experiences of having to deal with everything over the phone with SKY is NOT positive. 😏. Thanks John

I still have not resolved this. I've spoken with Sky and Discovery Plus. Nothing worked. I used to have TNT via BT then moved it over to Sky. Think this has caused confusion in the system. If you have any ideas, please let me know! Thanks, Simon

That's not great. Same situation here with transfer from BT to Sky. I'll give it a go when I'm able to sacrifice an hour of my life! 🙂
