Sky Q connecting to wrong wifi

Hi,

I regularly notice that my main Sky Q box loses its connection to my EE router. When I check the connection settings, I find that the Sky Q box has disconnected from my EE router and instead connected to a Sky WiFi network (which I think belongs to a neighbour).

Do you have any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?

It’s very frustrating as this keeps occurring. To fix it, I have to reset the Sky Q network connection and re-enter my correct EE WiFi router details each time.

It's probably not your neighbour that's just an internal sky wifi mesh identifier usually. But only normally seen this happen when ethernet is being used.

Yes actually you might be right it could be the sky mesh, any ideas on how to fix/stop it happening?
