No UHD version for Day of the Jackal and Dune Prophecy

Why are we missing UHD versions of the latest episodes for these.

Surely if Sky provide earlier episodes in UHD then the rest should surely be in UHD. If not going to supply in UHD the remainder then need to remove the other UHD episodes.

I've watched the Jackal up to date and every episode in UHD.

Check your box hasn't reverted to 1080P? (Do you have any mini's?)

Only got upto episode 6 in UHD on Jackal

Nothing wrong with unit as The Penguin downloads and play in UHD

I think the UHD versins are only made acvailable once the episode has aired on the linear channel - is it possible you are looking for episodes not yet shown ?

Jackal episode 7 was aired last week on Thursday at 2am and 9pm and still no UHD version available

Dune Prophecy was aired at 2am this morning

Just checked on my box & both these are currently showing as available to download in UHD/HDR

With 2am 1st showings I often find UHD versions are not available until later in the day

Jackal now showing in UHD but only if choose Home then Jackal from Today's top picks and choose Watch for it to download. Not listed under available now.

Others under Todays Top Picks

Dune is no UHD for latest episode

My Brilliant Friend shows all episodes UHD

IF shows as UHD

Dune: Part Two shows as UHD

Just found answer. You have to select the HD version, then drop 'down' where there is an 'All Formats' option and select the UHD option. Crazy how complicated Sky have made it to find!!

If you change the default download format to UHD in system preferences then this should ensure that you are always presented with the best available format

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then On Demand default download format, and choose SD, HD or UHD.

If your default download format is unavailable, it’ll download in the next available format. For example, If HD is unavailable, the show will download in SD.

I have it set to that and often have to hit All Formats anyway.

That's not the solution 😞

Had go back to a previous episode and play last 10 minutes for it to then offer me the uhd version for the next episode to continue.
