TV opens on Accessibility Screen.

When turning tv on it goes to an accessibility message, with the

options to go to settings or skip for now. However, I can't get off this screen. Have turned off at wall etc but still keeps coming up, so can't use that tv.

hi @Angela96

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together

If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
