      <description>&lt;P&gt;Netflix won't play, saying there is an issue with the streaming device. I rang and spoke to Netflix who talked me through some options to help. But it has not fixed the issue, they said to get in touch with Sky. I'm supposed to be getting it free for 2 months but I've only had access once, just over a week it has not worked now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
