Glitch on programme content

Morning. 😊

I have an issue with a documentary I want to watch, Lee Miller: A Life on the Front Line. When I pull it up on Sky, the title is there but the description is for another unrelated documentary, and when I click to watch, it takes me to the other show. My father has tried on his Sky Q and it is fine so it may be just an issue with mine.

Any ideas?

Hi @HayleyG123 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

@HayleyG123 Try using the voice control to find the programme, it may take you to the correct listing?

Everything takes me to the same place. It must be my Sky as fine on my Dad's box. Not to worry, I'll have to see if I can download it elsewhere.
