Disney plus keeps coming up with blue loading ring. Had a booster box put in and have had no issues til the last few weeks, anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I'm having the same issue. It keeps refreshing and cutting out.

It's happening on streaming though a Q sky box (a new one) well the second new one iv had in a year. As the previous one had same issues
I wondered if it was a software or app update that was needed. So I tried that. Still happened tho

There have been other reported problems with Disney+, more black screens than blue loading rings, but worth trying an apps refresh as there has been an update.

You can complete an apps refresh by pressing home > highlighting over 'settings' in the main menu without going into it > pressing 0, 0, 1 & Select > Go to Apps > complete an apps refresh.

It might take a while for the update to take effect.
