On my tv set connected to my sky mini box the new source keeps coming up and keeps going through all the sections and won't stop on the HM12 so I can't watch any programmes

Looks like the one of the remote control buttons may be stuck. This would be the input select button?

Either on your Television remote or your Q remote.
