Pin number reset not working - ive tried last 4 digits of my viewing card and last 4 numbers of my bank account - niether work on the reset

the last 4 digits of the viewing card does work on the channels

Yes - as per my detailed description - it doesnt work........

Your detailed description doesn't help @MM44

There is no mention of using the last digits of your Viewing card to Reset your pin.

The last four digits of your (original) viewing card is the default pin unless you have changed it.

Certainly the last four digits of your bank account (which is used to pay your Sky Subscription ) is mentioned.

If you have been completely through the link I posted (including watching the video) and still can solve your issue then you will need to contact Sky directly.

sorry - i will precis my initial listing as it would seem to have ben unclear

There is no mention of using the last digits of your Viewing card to Reset your pin.

reset pin
