That message is being produced by your TV and means that it can't find the output for any signal it should be receiving like that from your Sky Q box.

Try changing the AV input on your TV remote control.

...or hit the Sky button or home button on the Q remote - this should send a signal via HDMI to automatically select.

It means one of;

you're on the wrong input with nothing connected

the sky box isn't turned on

The sky box has locked up and stopped sending a signal
