So why does 'my sky' keep telling me there's an issue with one or more mini box having a connectivity issue that needs fixing?

And then when I go through their 'Let's fix it' it asks me what the problem is?

Not really a major issue but a minor irritant on a quiet day.

Any suggestions please?
