Mini box comes up with error code

Hi there seems to be an issue with my mini box as there is an error message displayed on the tv screen when it is switched on and the remote doesn't work either,any ideas??

The box is in my Daughters room and if you have a teenage girl you can imagine the answers I got,

I will have a look for myself when she goes out with friends and will message the error message
