BT Broadband is working well but Sky Q box keeps losing wifi. All other devices work well in same room as Sky Q, so not a broadband issue. Considering leaving Sky but what can be done before I do?

Thanks. I presume I do that on the admin mode of router ? I'll try that when I get home and see if it works.

I can't connect direct via Ethernet as router and TV are in different rooms. I have connected the Sky Q box to a BT extender via a cable. Does that help?
