I need to book an engineer. Been on phone with sky but can't solve my issue. Had a replacement sky q box sent out (refurbished) as feet of box are filthy and mud in box below the device. Same issue, broadband won't connect to tv but connecting to all other devices. Tried reboot, reset, wpa button, logging in manually........nothing is working. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting!!!!!

We're other customers here...

It's quite possible they don't have any 'new' boxes given the mid-term future of the product.

You'll have to call Sky again I'm afraid.

@AmandaPrice who is your broadband provider ?

Sky tv and Internet. I've the black sky q box. My card won't pair with new box now because the wifi won't connect. So I've to make contact again in 3days until the issue is rectified and then hopefully an engineer can be booked

@AmandaPrice if you have not done so try resetting your router by holding the button on the back of the router for 10 seconds once the router has reset then try using wps to connect your main Q box to your router

Done all the troubleshoot and nothing is working. The replacement box isn't working either. I'll just have to wait unfortunately
