    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previously had Sky, cancelled it. Want to reinstate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still have my account set up but there doesnt seem to be anyway to get a new box sent out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is pretty unintuative, does anyone know how to go about it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this a call up to Sky, if so does anyone have the number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Best (probably only way) is to contact Sky directly.&lt;/P&gt;
