&lt;P&gt;Regarding your issue check the the HDMi cable between Q box and Television is correctly seated at both end by removing and then refitting it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have the issues try a different HDMI lead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
