topic Incorrect box details in Sky Q

My original Sky Q box was replaced many months ago because of a hard disk error and the new box works fine. Today I was looking inthe Sky VIP app to see if I could get full fibre and notice a error on reported on my Sky Q box. Clicked let's fix it and was informed I don't have a Sky Q box. It looks like Sky's record still have the old serial. Is the only way to fix this, is to phone customer services? Will this cause my any issues if I don't do anything? In the past it did take Sky several years to realise I had returned my Sky HD box when I got Sky Q.
