Why am I being asked to return my mini box?

Hi, I've renewed my subscription and it still includes Q and my mini box, why am I being asked to return my mini-box? Wasn't mentioned on the call. Has something changed? Am I getting something to replace it?

Hi @Rrangers24

If you haven't cancelled your Sky Q Multiscreen subscription then you should not have to return your mini box.

Bear in mind that the subscription is Multiscreen as there is no other subscription relative to a mini.
