Partially Blind People

The problem I have got is with my father – He has poor eyesight and unable to tell if the Sky Q box is powered on or in standby mode – yes obvious if he is watching it but not when he turns it off (He Thinks) – yes I know it will go into standby after some time but Sky didn’t think about this at all. Anybody got any bright ideas (Excuse Punn)

The standby setting could be changed to None then the box should stay active.

If he switches on the "have the TV turn the Sky box off" option, then he can just turn the TV off (which will be very obvious of course) and the Sky box will then go into standby.

Did check it out - But TV a little to old to work in tandum with Sky Box - Thanks anyway

Tv will not accept this setting as is already on and don't work

Thanks for replys - Sky should have thought about this much more as yes the light is way to small for visualy impaired people - even I have difficulty seing the difference between orange / green - Come on Sky look after your paying customers!!! Fix it!!!!
