Someone has cut the cable from my flat to the sky dish. Iam currently in hospital but I would like it repaired as soon as possible please.

@Sallyann58 You will have to call Sky to request an engineer visit, there may be a wait as there are fewer engineers now.

Something else to factor in as you're in hospital is that a responsible adult will need to be at the address when the engineer attends.

@Sallyann58 something else to considers is do you have your own dish or do you have a communual dish as if it's a communual dish you may need to contact your landlord
