Update now ...not working

When I turn on my TV the screen says " a new software update is available. Would you like to update now?

However, when I try to click "Update now" nothing happens.

What do I need to do to action the update,?

Typically this requires use of the television remote control rather than the Sky handset, because the message refers to a smart television operating system update and not one for a Sky box.

That particular wording is usually generated by a Sony TV, and cannot be actioned or dismissed by a Sky remote.
