Disney+ glitching

Hi can someone help me please. When I'm watching Disney+ on my SkyQ box it often glitches then sometimes randomly goes off. It doesn't happen with any other app/channel I watch, and the same thing happened in my parents house. I've tried switching the box off at the mains and it doesn't make a difference
