Hi, I have Disney as part of my package on sky Q and can't access it.

it shows activated but I cannot get it . Perhaps I need to go somewhere else

If the Disney+ app is not showing as available then it is possible that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):

Note : The refresh of apps may take several hours to happen
