Picture drops out / sound breaks/ slurs

Since having sky fibre optic installed we have had intermittent TV picture cutting out and sound breaking up/ stopping. It has now become more frequent and is constant and very annoying. Have checked all leads.

When the engineer came he thought it might be the sky dish having its signal blocked but we're not sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is there something in its path, e.g. trees?

(The broadband change would have no impact on the satellite signal)

There are tall neighbours trees at the bottom of the garden - maybe these could be the problem.
