What is happenng when yo utry Voice control ?

To use Voice control the remote must be paired in bluetooth mode with the box

If you need to re-pair then then may I suggest you try a reset of your remote first:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

Everything you are suggesting I have done. Many times. I'm looking for something different to try. I have done the engineers menu and done a reset but not total reset as I dint want to lose my current recording. Surely Sky are aware of this problem what is their official line?
