    <description>&lt;P&gt;Service completely dropped out (probbaly because not used in extra room for a while).&lt;BR /&gt;In effect a start up blue screen showing "Accessibility on sky Q" with button options of Settings or Skip, but neither responds to the remote nor turn off option on the remote, which I can only do manually.&lt;BR /&gt;New batteries fitted to the remote and also tried re-setting the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes this message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press &amp;amp; hold 4 &amp;amp; 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you can then dismiss the message&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing &amp;amp; holding 1 &amp;amp; 3 together&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing &amp;amp; holdng 7 &amp;amp; 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then try the 1&amp;amp;3 to re-pair &amp;amp; pair with the TV&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4236472"&gt;@CarlosF1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;try the following...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&amp;amp;6&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the remote to flash&amp;nbsp;you should then be able to dismiss the information screen by clicking on Skip &amp;amp; set up later&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hold 1&amp;amp;3 to repair the remote control&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If 4&amp;amp;6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&amp;amp;9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&amp;amp;3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control your TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
