Sky a remote keeps going up to top level 100 on its own, tried rest 7&9 then 1&3 got tv make but still keeps going up this is also now with a new remote. Sky q box has been in since 2020. Cannot work tv without sky as same happens, now also same with mini box / any help

hi @AnneM3

Maybe it is a problem with the TV.

Please may I suggest you try a full power down restart of the TV - unplug or switch off at mains & wait >30s before re-applying the power.

Also double check that there is nothing pressing against the TV's own remote causing that to alter the volume
