    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate Paramount+ and Discovery + which I get free as part of my package but when I use the QR code and follow the link I get a message to say that there is a problem try again later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This has been happening for a few days now, is there something wrong at Sky end or is t.here something else I need to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling to speak to a human but this is proving impossible so hopefully there is help available via this chat line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
