We recently moved from Yorkshire to the West Midlands, and when we get the local news & weather, we're still getting Look North instead of Midlands Today. Any reason why??

It's based on your postcode. Did you arrange a 'Home Move' through Sky?

Yes, all done through Sky.

You could try refreshing your Viewing card so …

Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
No actual phone call is made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.
