Upgrade subscription to use youtube? :/

Hi.

Just got skyQ. Trying to access youtube but says I need to upgrade my subscription. I have YT on freeview so that can't be right. What's the matter?

Hi @W20adm I suspect that your delivery software is not up to date. Check that it is Q270.

Just accessing the app, or trying get to a YouTube account? I believe it's still the case that the YouTube app on Q doesn't permit access to purchased content.

The apps aren't there. Only the sky app. As far as I know, the engineer updated it to latest before he left. He was happy with the software version

OK so after refreshing apps in the hidden settings and letting it do it overnight they seem to be there now. Thanks for the replies.
