      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky q box is not working. When I switch it on I get the following message. ' No signal. Check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button. Normally when I do this I gain access to sky but nothing presently. I have unplug the system and waited a couple of minutes but still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.&lt;BR /&gt;Then with the Q box &lt;STRONG&gt;switched on with green led illuminated&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Press&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home 1 0 8 0 Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;on the Q box remote control.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
