Sick to death with SKY. 3 weeks getting the broadband restored and now yhe minibox drops connection every minutes. How much worse can this service get. Nobody on the phones and their livechat is down. Diabolical.

@Tagbo who is your broadband supplier if its Sky what router do you have black or white ?

@Tagbo in that case you need to connect your mini boxes to your main Q box if you are using wifi using the WPS button
