Hi Can I get multiroom in kitchen without a cable from Qbox in sitting room.

Also Internet not good in kitchen

Your TV does not need to be a smart TV

A minibox will work with virtually every TV that have external inoputs - they usually connect via an HDMI cable but can actually work with older TVs with older analogue connectioons (Scart or Phono/RCA) although for these you would need to buy a 3rd party cable
