hi we have replaced our old tv which wa sworking great. we got our sons Samsung smart tv and we cannot get it to work at our house.

Should we be using our old sky remote or his old samsung remote?

we cant get any anything on screen other than smart tv logo

hi @petermcm

I think you will need to the TV's own remote.

Once SKY is working OK on the releavnt HDMI you can try pairing the SKY remote to switch on/off, control vaolume & change inputs
