    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having the same issues seriously yhinking of binning Sky altogether paying £102 for a service you dont get. Bang your head off a wall it eventually hurts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, with my Skyq mini box, my TV says - you can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the settings say I have both connection to Sky Q box And, Network connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas ? Sky Q main box working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the mini as above.&lt;BR /&gt;If the mini still does not connect try a Network Reset on the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I kept losing connectivity to Sky Q mini in my bedroom. &amp;nbsp;Pain as had to keep re conecting. &amp;nbsp;Parring up and switching on an off at the wall. &amp;nbsp;In the end I got so fed up I got a TV man in, he said the strenght from the Mini box just isnt strong enough, this is a common problem. &amp;nbsp;What he did was set up an ethernet connection to The Sky Q box so we do not rely on Wifi as we have a constant connection . &amp;nbsp;Since then it has remained connected all the time and in the morning I can have Tv on from Sky Mini without having to re start the Q box downstairs first. Unfortunately this did cost me £200 but at least it has saved the problem as I could be watching something and it stop mid program. &amp;nbsp;It drives you mad if you want to watch something and have to keep going through the same problems. &amp;nbsp;Hope this helps someone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having&amp;nbsp; the same issue also. Currently waiting for mini to reload. Absolute joke. Had them out already. 300 full fibre and 2 boosters later and it still looses connection as do many other devices&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Never had any issues when I just had standard 30mps bro, since I upgraded my broadband to full fibre 500gb I have encountered connectivity problems. Mini box is connected by ethernet cable to router. Sometimes I have to reset 3 or 4 times before it works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ours started shen we went to full fibre to. Although we have multiroom and one of the mini boxes i think is the issue as we have disconnected it and have had no trouble this was found out after the last post&lt;/P&gt;</description>
