topic Sky Q box constantly disconnecting in Sky Q

I have had this disconnect problem for what seems ages - tried everything I can including a new Sky Q box, powerline adaptors etc. If the WIFI signal was any stronger I think the house would be like a microwave. And still the box cant stay connected to the WIFi.

However, just spotted something. Under Settings-> System Info there are 3 MAC addresses - one each for 2.4GHz, 5Ghz and Ethernet.

However when I check my router, None of these are the MAC address that is seen on the router which has a different one altogether.

Can some explain why that is?
