      <title>Q box not connecting to broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so I have one sky q box in the same room as the main router. I then have one sky booster in the kitchen and one sky booster upstairs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky Q box however is not connected to WiFi for some reason as of yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- reconnecting via settings and pressing WPS button on the router&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- turning Sky Q box off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- turning router off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was asking if you &lt;EM&gt;have&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;Sky broadband. Clearly you do then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You're doing a full network reset on the Q system settings when you press the WPS button on the router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
